Yvonne Crocker – Founder, Director, Managing Consultant
Yvonne – who has 25 years of professional experience – enjoys a strong track record in executive search across a range of disciplines within the Financial Services sector as well as FinTech and CleanTech.
In addition to Yvonne’s experience in executive recruitment she enjoyed a 3-year career in management consultancy, where she researched, identified and introduced global “off market” corporate M&A opportunities for her CleanTech and Manufacturing clients.
Prior to a career break to start her family, Yvonne spent 10 years in Corporate & Investment Banking on the buy-side, investing in corporate loans, bonds and credit derivatives.
Yvonne strives to build an in-depth picture of the talent needs and strategic plans of her clients, so that she can introduce them to high-calibre individuals who can drive the business forward. She equally enjoys building long-term relationships with talented individuals to understand their personal and career aspirations.
Yvonne is adept at partnering with large global organisations, medium-sized firms, boutique funds and as well as start-ups and scale-ups.
Yvonne earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Honours) from University College Cork.
Charlotte Spooner – HR Consultant
Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, including a career in Investment Banking and as Founder and Director of her own HR consultancy practice.
She works on a range of research and executive search projects for Cara Executive Search and provides HR Consulting and Employee Relations advisory services to Cara clients.
Charlotte started her career with Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she worked for over 10 years.
Following a career break to focus on her family, Charlotte established her own consultancy firm in 2013 and has enjoyed helping multiple clients from several different industries with a range of HR consultancy services. She is a trusted advisor to her clients and is also passionate about supporting and advising SMEs.
Charlotte brings a down-to-earth and practical approach to her work, has an excellent commercial view and strives to balance the requirements of the business with the needs of employees.
Charlotte earned a Master’s degree in Personnel and Development from the University of Westminster.
Katherine Warwick – Consultant
Katherine is a project delivery support professional, specialising in desk research, report construction, copyediting and proofreading services.
At Cara Executive Search, she conducts desk research and candidate sourcing as well as the delivery of client reports.
After a 16-year career in media auditing, including four years in Sydney and two periods of maternity leave, Katherine changed direction in 2016 and spent four years at a boutique executive search firm as the Data and Reports Manager. This role comprised running the internal delivery process from template to final report for all output, as well as data analysis and database management.
In 2020 Katherine established her own consulting firm, focussed on helping boutique businesses.
Katherine has a degree in Food & Consumer Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
